ā€œLet’s create a collage of all our little joys. They say the best things in life are free, but I want to know what the good life means to you. I’d love to see how you interpret this prompt using any means of two-dimensional art.ā€

How to apply

Prepare Your Materials

Please have the following ready before starting the form:

  • Artist name

  • Email + phone number

  • Website and/or social media

  • Artist statement

  • Artist bio

  • CV or exhibition history (PDF)

  • Artwork images

    • 1 to 5 works (the gallery currently only has the capacity to show 2D works or 3D works that hang on a wall)

    • JPG or PNG, high-quality

    • Files MUST be named as such: LastName_FirstName_Title.jpg

  • Artwork details

    • Title

    • Medium

    • Dimensions (in inches)

    • Year

    • Price (if for sale)

Eligibility

All submitted artwork must be the original creation of the artist.

  • AI-generated or ideated works are not accepted.

  • Traditional two-dimensional works only; no digital artwork for this show

  • September show open to ALL artists

Selection process

Submissions are reviewed based on:

  • Artistic vision and originality

  • Technical quality

  • Alignment with exhibition themes

  • Cohesion within the final curated show

Exhibition Dates

The show will open on Friday, September 11 during Coeur d’Alene ArtWalk. The show will close on Thursday, October 8. Work must be dropped off and ready to hang at the gallery by Saturday, September 5 at the latest.

Fees & commission

We do not charge a submission fee. We want this opportunity to be accessible to all artists.
If your work sells during the exhibition, the gallery retains a 40% commission, which helps support operational costs and future programming. Artists receive 60% of each sale.
